This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel or seek a refund for membership plans purchased through the Platform.
- Cancellations
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is submitted within 10 days of purchasing a membership plan.
- Once the membership has been activated or access to platform benefits has been granted, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Refunds
- Refunds, if applicable, will only be issued for valid cancellation requests made within the above timeframe.
- Partial refunds are not available once a membership term has commenced.
- Exclusions
- As the Platform provides digital membership services only, there are no provisions for cancellations or refunds relating to physical products, warranties, or perishable items.
- Processing Time
- In case of an approved refund, it may take up to 30 days for the amount to be processed and credited back to you.
