Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel or seek a refund for membership plans purchased through the Platform.

  1. Cancellations
    • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is submitted within 10 days of purchasing a membership plan.
    • Once the membership has been activated or access to platform benefits has been granted, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  2. Refunds
    • Refunds, if applicable, will only be issued for valid cancellation requests made within the above timeframe.
    • Partial refunds are not available once a membership term has commenced.
  3. Exclusions
    • As the Platform provides digital membership services only, there are no provisions for cancellations or refunds relating to physical products, warranties, or perishable items.
  4. Processing Time
    • In case of an approved refund, it may take up to 30 days for the amount to be processed and credited back to you.
